Shipping & returns

Items purchased are shipped from our premises located in Padstow, New South Wales. We use the following companies for our delivery services, Australia Post and DHL Express. If, for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped you will be notified promptly by a member of our team.

Orders are processed within 24 hours.  Goods will generally be dispatched within 48 hours from the time that payment has been received in full (provided goods are in stock), and delivery time is estimated to be between 2-14 business days depending on your location. (items that require assembly may have a 10 - 14 day lead time)

If you are not available when our delivery partner attempts a delivery, a card may be left advising you that your order will be available for you to collect from your local post office or courier depot, this may incur an additional charge.  All orders will have a tracking number so that parcels can be easily traced.

Shipping cut-off time is 4pm, while we aim to get all orders placed before the cut-off processed that day, due to the volume of orders it may not always be possible. Any orders placed near or after this cut-off time will be processed and shipped out the next business day where items are in stock.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

For international customers we use DHL Express and the Australian postal service (registered post).

Please note that our delivery and freight charges will not include any taxes and duties imposed by your local government or any other non-Australian regulatory authority. You will be liable for these amounts.  

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

For security reasons, we do not ship to post office boxes (for both Australian and International orders).

SHIPPING RATES AND HANDLING CHARGES

Please note that shipping and handling rates are calculated based upon your location and the size / weight of your order.  Please note deliveries to residential addresses may incur a surcharge. If delivering pallets to an address with no forklift facilities a surcharge will incur.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please note we are happy to exchange goods but we must be notified within seven (7) days from when you receive the goods.  You must contact one of our team members and receive an authorization to return the goods, and postage/delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. (A restocking fee may be applied)

Shipping costs and PayPal fees will not be refunded for change of mind or wrongly chosen product, in the instance the goods are faulty an authorization must be obtained first before goods are returned or this may result in no refund.
